REGULATIONS OF THE ONLINE STORE

§1. General provisions

• The online store available at the address www.ag-sport24.plis operated by: INCOME PUH address: ul. Żwirki i Wigury 47, 21-040 Świdnik NIP:712-242-29-93, REGON: 060727190 e-mail: income.swidnik@gmail.com or sklep@ag-sport24.pl , phone: 81 468 30 34

• The regulations define the rules for using the online store, placing orders, executing sales contracts, the rights and obligations of the parties, and the rules for complaints, returns, and guarantees.

• The store conducts retail sales via the Internet.

• A client can be a natural person, a legal entity, or an organizational unit with legal capacity.

• A consumer is a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity.

§2. Assortment

• The store sells table tennis tables.

• All offered products are brand new and free from physical and legal defects.

• Product information (descriptions, photos, prices) does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, but an invitation to conclude a contract.

§3. Placing orders

• Orders can be placed 24 hours a day through the store's website.

• Placing an order occurs after:

  • adding a product to the cart,

  • filling out the order form,

  • accepting these regulations,

  • confirming the order.

• The sales contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order acceptance by the Seller via e-mail.

§4. Prices and payments

• All prices listed in the store are gross prices (including VAT).

• Available payment methods:

  • cash on delivery – payment upon receipt of goods

• The Seller reserves the right to change prices, with the changes not affecting orders already placed.

• Service of Budget Units: Educational Institutions, Municipal Offices, Community Centers, Police Units, Fire Departments, Associations - payment by transfer with a payment term of up to 14 days is possible.

§5. Delivery and personal collection

• Orders are fulfilled within Poland.

• Delivery is carried out via a courier company.

• Delivery costs are added to the order in accordance with the current price list:

• It is possible to collect in person after prior individual arrangement of the date with the Seller.

• The order fulfillment period is 4 working days, counted from the moment of payment confirmation (unless stated otherwise on the website)

§6. Right of withdrawal from the contract (returns)

• The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

• The term is counted from the day of receipt of the goods.

• To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer should submit a clear statement (e.g., e-mail) (template attached)

• The goods must be returned in an unchanged condition unless the change was necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item to the address:

• The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Consumer.

• Refunds occur within 14 days from the receipt of the returned product.

§7. Complaints

• The Seller is liable to the Consumer for non-conformity of the goods with the contract in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.

• Complaints should be reported:

  • via e-mail: income.swidnik@gmail. ; sklep@ag-sport24.pl

  • or in writing to the company's registered address.

• The complaint should include:

  • name and surname,

  • order number,

  • description of the defect,

  • Customer's request.

• The Seller considers the complaint within 14 days.

§8. Warranty

• All offered products come with a 24-month warranty.

• Warranty conditions are specified in the warranty card attached to the product or by the manufacturer.

• The warranty does not exclude or limit the rights of the Consumer arising from the provisions of law.

§9. Newsletter

• The Client may voluntarily subscribe to the store's newsletter.

• The newsletter contains commercial information, promotions, and news.

• Subscribing to the newsletter requires consent to the processing of personal data.

• The Client can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

§10. Personal data protection (GDPR)

• The administrator of personal data is INCOME PUH Grzegorz Sztorc

• Personal data is processed for the purpose of order fulfillment, handling complaints, and – with the Client's consent – marketing and newsletter.

• Data is processed in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

• The Client has the right to:

  • access to data,

  • the right to rectification,

  • erasure,

  • restriction of processing,

  • the right to object.

• Detailed information is contained in the Privacy Policy.

§11. Cookies

• The store uses cookies for:

  • the proper functioning of the site,

  • statistical analysis,

  • marketing purposes.

• Using the store means consent to the use of cookies.

• The user can change cookie settings in their browser at any time.

§12. Final provisions

• The regulations are effective from the date of publication on the store's website.

• The seller reserves the right to change the regulations.

• In matters not regulated by the regulations, the provisions of Polish law apply.

• The regulations are available free of charge on the store's website.
